Developing KPI (Key Performance Indicators) for Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies
This training course is target toward the Governmental Ministries, departments and agencies that will enable them to understand how well they are performing. The participants will be equip with the skills to identify and develop useful, appropriate KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and use those measures to improve the way the work gets done. The workshop is designed to enable anyone to identify what should be measured, and to follow a straightforward, systematic process to develop and apply those measures. This workshop will describe effective methods for linking product and service measures to “outcome” and “result” measures, and will offer a framework for developing useful measures of how well we’re meeting customer needs.
