A Step By Step Approach to Problem Solving

This one-day workshop focuses on how to manage a problem-solving project based on five-stage DAS/IR (Define, Analyse, Select, Implement, Review) approach to problem solving including all the tools needed to define the problem, analyse the causes and select the solution. The participants will learn how to pilot and monitor the solution, and standardize the results.

Participants will learn several problem solving and data analysis tools. The tools will be used on real industrial examples and the results of the participants will be compared to the actual results. This is a very "hands-on" course.
