Implementation of Balanced Scorecard

The three-day workshop will enable participants to design an effective balanced scorecard that include performance measures that will improve organization business performance. This workshop will describe effective methods for linking financial and non-financial measures to organization strategy. The workshop teaches the participants how to apply simple, commonly available tools – such as flowcharts and cause and effect analysis – to ensure that the proper measures are developed that monitor the strategy of the organization. The participants will be able to cascade the balanced scorecard throughout the organization. The workshop will be structured around small-group activities. Participants will return to the job with specific, tangible ideas about how to develop and implement a balanced scorecard system in their organization.
