This two-day course offers methodologies for developing a quality manual, Procedure (text, flow chart, matrix, and visual methods) and supporting documents (forms). The participants should be able to outline the benefits of and the methods to achieve, clear and concise documents, describe the methods of controlling documents, write a quality policy, and identify various approaches to preparing a quality manual. They will be able to identify suitable formats and styles for procedure writing, identify suitable supporting documents for their management systems.
