The four-hour Executive Briefing is targeted towards President, CEO, COO, CFO and senior members of the management team. Six Sigma is a company-wide initiative to generate breakthrough results in business performance. The term “Six Sigma” represents a measure of product, process, and transaction quality with nearly 100% conformance. Six Sigma initiatives use well defined strategies to identify, select, and improve business performance. Six Sigma can be viewed as a philosophy of pursuing operational excellence that focuses on continuously improving processes in order to ensure the products and services meets customer requirements. Six Sigma is also be viewed as a disciplined methodology that provides a logical, sequential structure for driving process improvement. Being a statistical unit of measurement, it measures the capability of the process to achieve a defect free performance and the ability to produce products and services with only 3.4 defects per million.
