This two-day course will create awareness to develop an information security management system framework for their organization. Participants will learn how to assess and protect their business against threat and vulnerability. They will learn how to evaluate their organisation’s information assets and implement a cost-effective security strategy that is compliant with ISO 27001:2005. It will describes the requirements of the ISO 27001:2005 information security management systems including control objectives and controls. It will explain the way to realize the business benefits of implementing ISO 27001. The course will impart participants the skills and knowledge to plan, implement and maintain an ISO27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) in their organization.
