This intensive two-day programme focuses on the essential skills required to apply QFD concepts and process to product, service and process design. It will provide the skills necessary to apply this method effectively to those who have responsibilities for using Quality Function Deployment (QFD) for product and process planning. It will provide a means of translating and transferring the customer's view of quality requirements into the appropriate technical product and process requirements. This methodology helps prioritize product and process technical requirements to help ensure customer requirements are met. By systematically identifying those things that the customer feels are most important and establishing the appropriate design content and the appropriate production controls, the product will more likely satisfy the final customer.
