This course is designed for the public-sector entities, non-profit organizations and professional bodies. This is a "how to" course to enable participants to develop and implement a balanced scorecard performance system. The course is taught in a workshop setting that allows interaction among participants and sharing of lessons learned. The workshop will be structured around small-group activities. These activities will focus on a hypothetical organization.
